We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across different business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple domains.
- Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary within the approved budget and roll out offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain a high joining ratio.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for onboarding and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or MBA in Human Resource
- Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Automobile, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and other business functions is preferred.
