Aditi Consulting is looking for an HR Operations leader to own India Service Delivery for our Fixed-Term Contractor (FTC) and contractor workforce programs. You'll be accountable for end-to-end contractor lifecycle governance, labor law compliance, payroll accuracy, employee relations escalations, and continuous operational transformation. This role calls for strong legal acumen in Indian labor law, proven people leadership, and experience managing large, multi-client contractor populations.
What You'll Do
Lead the full end-to-end contractor lifecycle—onboarding, extensions, transfers, payroll coordination, exits, and offboarding—and track workforce metrics like attrition, CSAT/NPS, and escalation rates.
Ensure smooth execution of all contractor lifecycle processes while maintaining a positive employee experience and operational efficiency.
Process Efficiency: Define and enforce SLAs/TATs, coordinating closely with Recruitment, Account Management, Clients, Partners cross-functionally with internal teams including Account Management, Recruitment, Client Services, and MSP/VMS partners to drive process improvements, and ensure seamless execution across all areas of the consultant lifecycle.
Service
Delivery & Process Governance
Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs and TATs across consultant operations.
Coordinate closely with Recruitment, Account Management, Client Services, Finance,
Payroll, and MSP/VMS partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular operational reviews, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve Service Delivery.
Onboarding
Excellence
Own governance for FTC onboarding across clients, ensuring complete and legally compliant documentation within defined timelines.
Ensure Day-1 readiness, background verification compliance and adherence to onboarding standards. Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients, MSP/VMS partners, and internal stakeholders regarding workforce operations.
Build robust relationships with business leaders and clients to ensure service expectations are consistently met.
Present operational metrics, workforce insights, risks, and an improvement plan to internal leadership teams.
Employee
Relations & Grievance Management
Serve as the senior escalation authority for complex employee relations matters, contractor grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes.
Partner with legal counsel and HR leadership on separations, settlements, investigations, and non-renewals.
Drive fair, compliant, and consistent resolution of employee concerns. Payroll & Compliance Management
Work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely submission of payroll inputs, reduce inaccuracies, and timely resolve payroll-related issues. Take proactive steps to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, audit observations, and payroll exceptions. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, client obligations, and internal company policies.
Ensure timely submission of audit documents and supporting records to clients. Support audit validations, investigate variances, prioritize audit observations, and drive timely resolution of identified gaps.
Continuously review processes to identify risk, inefficiency, and automation opportunities—building SOPs, escalation matrices, dashboards, and runbooks using HRIS/VMS/MSP and payroll analytics.
Consultant Experience
Partner with HR and operations leadership across Aditi's US and LATAM delivery centers to align India service delivery standards with global frameworks, ensure consistent contractor experience across geographies, and contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
Champion the contractor experience by identifying friction points across the lifecycle, building feedback loops, and driving continuous improvement in contractor satisfaction and engagement.
What You
Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR, Operations, or Business Management strongly preferred.
10–15 years of experience in staffing operations, workforce management, HR operations, compliance, or service delivery, including 5+ years in senior people leadership of sizable, multi-functional teams.
Proven, hands-on experience managing labor court matters, regulatory inspections, compliance audits, and notices in India.
Demonstrated experience managing large contractor populations across multiple clients and MSP/VMS programs.
A track record of process redesign, operational governance improvement, and technology-led transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with exceptional problem-solving, investigation, and negotiation capabilities.
A data-driven mindset with proficiency in HRIS/VMS, payroll systems, Excel, and dashboards; high integrity and attention to detail.
Certifications in labor law, compliance management, or HR operations are a plus.
