Roles and Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding for BPO roles.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms like job portals, social media, and employee referrals to identify suitable candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary telephonic and video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role and company culture.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and align on hiring needs.
- Database Management:



Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems regularly.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and effective sourcing techniques.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
