Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer management.
- Screen resumes and short-list candidates based on job requirements.
- Source potential candidates using various platforms and databases.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update job postings on various job boards.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
