Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for leading ITES/BPO companies
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities
- Update candidate details in the ATS system
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds
- Brief candidates about interview process and requirements
- Follow up with candidates till successful onboarding
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Candidate must be currently in Kolkata
- Open to Freshers & Experienced candidates
- Candidates from BPO / Telecalling / Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer Service background preferred
- Willing to work from office

Work Details:
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off
