Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: MBA (HR) – Mandatory

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment across Non-IT and IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

- MBA (HR) is mandatory.




- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Domestic Recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apna, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
