Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
