Funrider's Leisure & Amusement Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding — while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating closely with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and final round interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and support salary negotiations.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Meet monthly hiring targets within specified timelines.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to source for multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking tools (ATS).
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR documentation and onboarding processes.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
