Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Support HR team in other recruitment-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
