Responsibilities
Handling payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and employee benefits
Ensure that HR compliances, internal, statutory, and others, are met without derivations/delay.
Handle employee benefits program
Resolve employee queries related to payroll, incentives, PF, and ESI liaison with statutory authorities
Functional knowledge of HRONE software is preferred
Experienced in challan entries
