Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Thane. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to define role requirements. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and facilitating interview rounds, and ensuring a professional, inclusive candidate experience.

The HR Recruiter will also support onboarding processes, maintain accurate recruitment records,



and collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives. The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to align hiring efforts with business needs in a fast-paced real estate advisory environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms for talent acquisition.

Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and engaging recruitment process.

Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers and leadership.

Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines efficiently.

Understanding of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and ethical hiring standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in talent acquisition is preferred.

Experience in real estate or professional services environments is an advantage, along with familiarity with in office recruitment processes in Thane or similar markets.
