- Responsible adherence of PMS process and quality thereto at unit level
- Responsible for facilitating employee engagement studies, Action plan follow-up
- Responsible for conducting GET,PAT,ET s periodical reviews and confirmation process
- Responsible for executing Best Practices of HR process
- Responsible for Separation process for leaving employees
- Responsible for unit level Admin services execution
- Responsible for contributing to business HR initiatives
