Summary of Role The HR Manager responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function This includes developing and implementing HR strategies policies and programs aligned with the company s objectives The HR Manager is involved in talent acquisition and management performance management employee development employee relations and engagement compensation and benefits administration HR compliance and reporting HR Manager play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent fostering employee growth and development ensuring a positive work environment administering fair compensation and benefits maintaining compliance with labour laws and managing HR records and reporting Overall the HR Manager s role is to optimize the organization s human capital to drive business success in the dynamic retail industry while ensuring legal and ethical HR practices Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role Role Responsibilities o Develop and execute HR strategies policies and programs that align with the overall business objectives of SHOPPRIX Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR practices support the organization s long-term vision and goals o Provide strategic direction and mentorship to HR teams across multiple hypermarket locations Foster a high-performance culture set transparent goals and ensure effective execution of HR initiatives Develop and coach HR leaders and teams to maximize their potential o Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviews and selection Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies o Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into SHOPPRIX Ensure that new hires receive proper orientation and training to understand the company culture policies and procedures o Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication addressing employee concerns and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters performance management and conflict resolution o dentify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees o Administer compensation and advantages programs ensuring market competitiveness internal equity and compliance with legal requirements o Implement performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and feedback sessions Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues coaching and development plans o Develop and communicate HR policies procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws regulations and company policies Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and industry best practices o Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment enhance employee engagement and promote employee well-being Conduct employee surveys analyse feedback and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Payroll 1 year Preferred HR 1 year Required total work 1 year Required License Certification Professional in Human Resources Preferred Work Location In person
