? Working Days: 6 Days a Week Key Responsibilities ✅ End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

✅ Employee Onboarding, Documentation & Exit Formalities

✅ Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

✅ HR Policies, Employee Engagement & Performance Management

✅ Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment, etc.)

✅ Handling PF & ESIC registrations, monthly filings, UAN/IP management, claims and compliance activities

✅ Maintaining employee records, HR MIS & statutory documentation

✅ Coordinating with consultants and government authorities for compliance matters Requirements ✔ Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR (MBA HR preferred)





✔ 3–8 years of relevant HR experience

✔ Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, Labour Law Compliance & HR Operations is mandatory

✔ Positive knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
