The Role : The HR Manager - People operations You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape how Reboot hires, develops, supports, evaluates, and retains its people. You will help us create a culture that is:

Structured without slowing down decisions We are looking for an experienced HR leader who can help us build a strong, accountable, and people focused organization as we scale. We need someone who understands people, thinks in systems, handles difficult conversations with maturity, and can turn leadership intent into clear and dependable processes. What you will build and Lead :

Strengthen the complete process from hiring and onboarding to performance, development, retention, and exits.

Create clear, practical HR policies and ensure they are understood and consistently followed.

Improve probation reviews, performance discussions, appraisal cycles, and employee development processes.

Help managers set clearer expectations, document performance, and handle difficult conversations constructively.

Manage employee concerns, grievances, workplace conflicts, and sensitive situations with fairness and discretion.

Bring clarity to compensation communication, appraisal outcomes, policies, and escalation processes.





Build reliable HR dashboards, trackers, documentation systems, and leadership reporting.

Partner with leadership on team structures, workforce planning, culture, and organizational improvement.

Ensure employees understand not only company policies, but also the reasoning, responsibilities, and expectations behind them.

What Success Looks Like : Employees know what is expected of them and where to go for support.

Managers are better equipped to lead, review performance, and resolve concerns.

Performance conversations happen with clarity, not at the last minute.

Leadership has reliable visibility into people and organizational risks.

What we are looking for: 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful ownership of the HR function.

Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership.

Strong exposure to employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, and organizational processes.

Confidence in handling difficult conversations without avoiding the issue or losing empathy.

Strong judgement, communication, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

The ability to convert broad leadership direction into practical systems and actions.

A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
