HR Manager – Hospital | Mumbai

Seeking an HR professional with 4–5 years of hospital experience to manage We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations in our hospital. The role includes recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and coordination with clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and onboarding for all hospital departments.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, S&E; Act, audits).
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles, training needs, and engagement activities.
- Oversee attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 4–5 years of HR experience in a hospital setting.
- Robust communication, compliance knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
