We are seeking a proactive HR Manager for our Santej plant. You will lead the employee lifecycle and drive organizational efficiency by balancing operational HR expertise with a strategic approach to support our manufacturing goals. Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act compliance)

Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle

Performance Management

Payroll Management

Employee Relations & Engagement

Training & Development Required Qualifications

Education: MBA in Human Resources or a PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labor Laws.

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Skill Set

Solid knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations.

Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Tally or ERP modules).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Gujarati, and Hindi).

Ability to work effectively in a factory environment in Santej.

Competencies: Problem-solving, high integrity, and the ability to manage conflict professionally.
