This is a full-time in office role for a Technical Recruiter with 2-5 years experience based in Bengaluru.

The Technical

Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding technical candidates. Additional day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with hiring teams to understand their needs, creating job descriptions, and maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Qualifications

Experience with Full-life Cycle IT Recruiting and Hiring

Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting practices

Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Experience in candidate sourcing through various platforms and networks

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proven understanding of the tech industry and related roles is highly desirable

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
