We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Consultant Intern to support our HR consulting and client engagement activities. This role will provide exposure to real-time HR projects, HR processes, and implementation of HR solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR consulting projects and client deliverables
- Support in requirement gathering and understanding client HR processes
- Assist in HRMS/Zoho implementation and configuration support
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for HR projects
- Stay updated with industry trends and HR best practices
Requirements
- Recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR
- Solid communication and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
- Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho preferred) is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
