Role Description: The HR Intern role at Memeta is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating HR documentation, supporting HR policy communication, and assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives and benefits-related queries. The HR Intern will collaborate with the HR team to update HR databases, prepare basic reports, and help ensure smooth personnel management processes.



The role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and the opportunity to learn best practices in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications:

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management concepts.

Candidates should possess understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to support compliance and employee queries.

Candidates should possess basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle activities.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR-related software or databases is an advantage.
