Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

Stipend: Up to ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who wish to build a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining formalities.




- Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA/PGDM in HR.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or HR certification will be an added advantage.
