- Internship Module – HR & Recruitment Intern

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles for Raipur and remote locations

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain candidate database and track hiring pipeline

- Manage daily employee attendance and leave records

- Assist in basic payroll processing and maintain related data

- Handle employee grievances and provide initial support

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities

- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports

- Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
