We're looking for an intern in Human Resources team who's excited to build great employee experiences from day one. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced startup, interacting with people, and keeping things organized, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Onboarding & Experience
- Own the onboarding process end-to-end to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience
- Coordinate documentation, induction, and joining formalities
Employee Connect
- Be the go-to person for employee queries and support
- Help build a positive, engaging workplace culture
- Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives
HR Operations & Records
- Maintain employee personal files (digital physical) with high accuracy
- Keep HR data organized, updated, and confidential
Data, Excel & Presentations
- Manage HR trackers, reports, and MIS in Excel
- Create clean, insightful presentations for internal reviews
- Support basic HR analytics and reporting
You'll have
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data tracking, basic analysis)
- Good presentation skills (PPT / Google Slides)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
