We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Generalist to support our U.S.-based operations. This role is essential to managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering a seamless and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong HR operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to building a collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and performance-related matters.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
Onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientations and manage end-to-end onboarding.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, including the employee handbook.
- Coordinate workplace compliance and harassment prevention training sessions.
Benefits Administration
- Support administration of benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, and retirement plans.
- Handle open enrollment processes and resolve employee benefits queries.
- Collaborate with payroll for benefits-related matters and conduct periodic audits.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Support the execution of HR programs, initiatives, and employee engagement events.
Performance Management
- Facilitate and support timely completion of performance review cycles.
- Provide staff-related data and insights to business units as required.
Employee Separation & Retention
- Manage negotiation and retention conversations during resignations.
- Escalate critical cases to senior management as needed.
- Contribute to attrition control efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in core HR functions.
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
