- Strategic Planning: Align HR policies and workforce targets with company growth objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 8 to 10+ years in HR, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.

- Skills: Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, deep knowledge of labor regulations, and expertise in HR technologies.
