Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various positions across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.





The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, building relationships with external partners and institutions, and contributing to recruitment reports and analytics.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will work closely with HR and operations teams to ensure timely staffing for training projects and organizational growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including end-to-end recruitment and candidate pipeline management.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent written communication, confident verbal interaction, and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, such as promoting the organization across online platforms and events.

Candidates should possess exposure to IT Recruitment, including understanding technical roles and collaborating with hiring managers for specialized profiles.

Relevant qualifications include prior experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in training, education, or social impact sectors; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
