We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help build a solid workforce.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other innovative recruiting techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media and online recruiting channels.
