About the Job

We are searching for a Human Resources Executive – Onboarding to collaborate with our internal Operations teams in addressing onboarding processes and new hire formalities. This individual will serve as the key point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their journey at IntouchCX.

As a Human Resources Executive – Onboarding, You Will:

- Assist new hires with completing all required joining formalities.
- Validate and verify documentation submitted by new associates.
- Initiate provisioning requests for employee access and tools.
- Coordinate with the Global Service Desk to create employee network IDs.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and actively engage new employees.




- Promote a positive onboarding experience that builds trust and high energy among new team members.

As a Human Resources Executive – Onboarding, You Have:

- A post-secondary diploma or degree.
- A solid team player attitude, with the ability to support recruitment and onboarding functions collaboratively.
- High levels of empathy and relationship-building skills.
- Good email etiquette and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
