Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to onboarding.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide interview feedback.

- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.

- Ensure employee files are complete and updated.

- Support attendance, leave management, and timesheet monitoring.

- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.

- Maintain HRIS and employee databases.

Employee Relations

- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.





- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

- Promote a positive work workplace.

Payroll &

Benefits Support

- Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.

- Verify overtime, leave records, and deductions.

- Coordinate employee medical insurance and other benefits.

- Support final settlement documentation.

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

- Coordinate visa, labour card, Emirates ID, and medical documentation with the PRO team.

- Maintain HR reports and dashboards.

- Assist during audits and compliance inspections.

Performance Management & Training

- Coordinate probation and annual performance evaluations.

- Maintain employee training records.

- Assist in identifying training requirements and scheduling learning programs.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
