Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage employee induction, training, and performance review processes.
- Resolve employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and personnel files.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement documentation.




- Coordinate with management on HR policies and organizational development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
