Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless employee experience.Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.Manage the Keka HRIS portal, including attendance, leave management, and resolving employee queries related to HRIS.Prepare and issue HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters.Handle employee documentation, background verification, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.Support statutory compliance by coordinating activities related to PF, ESI, labor laws, and company HR policies.Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.Address employee queries regarding HR policies, advantages,



attendance, leave, and other HR operational processes.Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS using Microsoft Excel to support management decision-making.Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, Finance, IT, and Administration to ensure smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, maintain data confidentiality, and support HR audits as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
