Qualification: MBA in HR or PG in HR stream from reputed institute.

Experience: min 0 to 1 yrs overall HR Generalist activities like Recruitment, Joining & Exit formalities, MIS reporting, Employee Engagement, Statutory compliance activities

Work location: 12 units at Faridabad, Gurgaon, Delhi NCR locations. HR has to visit all plant regularly to handle overall HR activities.

Sourcing, Screening and whole Recruitment process.

Smoothly handle joining & exit formalities and required documentation.

Statutory Compliance, Legal Compliance, Employee Engagement, Contract Vendor Management, Handling Workers Grievance handling.

Provide support and advice on employee relations matters,

Manage HR Work Like Employee engagement, Employee grievances, Training & development, Disciplinary action process and Statutory compliance activities Etc.

Must have experience to effectively handle overall Human resource HR activities.

Valuable to prepare MIS report.

Excellent English communication skills.
