Role Description The HR Executive will manage day-to-day human resources activities to support staff and institutional goals at C V Raman Academy. This full time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore and includes responsibilities such as overseeing HR operations, maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves handling employee relations, assisting in performance management, supporting payroll and attendance processes,



and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.

The HR Executive will collaborate with management and faculty to foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.

Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies.

Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.

Candidates should possess knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.

Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and basic labor law compliance is beneficial.

Prior experience in an educational or training institution is an advantage.
