- Recruitment and On-boarding:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Support the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing relevant data.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance review reports.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling general inquiries.
- Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.
