Job Responsibilities – HR Executive (Statutory Compliance)

- Manage Provident Fund (PF) activities, including employee enrolment, UAN generation/activation, KYC updates, PF transfers and withdrawals.

- Prepare and process monthly PF ECR filings and ensure timely payment of PF contributions.

- Handle ESI-related activities, including employee registration, monthly contributions, and maintenance of ESI records.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Maintain statutory registers, records and employee documentation as required under applicable laws.

- Coordinate with EPFO, ESIC and other government authorities for statutory matters, queries and inspections.

- Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring accurate statutory deductions and contributions.

- Assist in Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS and other statutory compliance activities, wherever applicable.





- Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely submission of returns, payments and compliance reports.

- Prepare statutory reports and documentation for internal audits, external audits and government inspections.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances.

- Stay updated on changes in labour laws, statutory regulations and government notifications, and ensure necessary implementation.

- Coordinate with employees regarding PF, ESI and other statutory queries and provide necessary support.

- Assist in annual statutory returns, compliance audits and other HR-related statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
