Role & responsibilities
- Establishing standards for HR functions
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment of candidates. Managing employee induction program and Co-ordinating Training activities
- Planning and executing HR Initiatives
- Managing performance appraisal, rewards and recognition systems.
- Executing employee connect programs
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievance
- Maintain employee database and generate reports as and when required
- Handling Exit process and analysis
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA with Consistent Academic Performance with average grade 7 CGPA (Full time regular course from recognized Institution)
- 3 - 6 Years experience in Middle Level Management and above
- Wholehearted ownership and long term commitment to SECON
