Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll & Onboarding

Location: Sion, Mumbai

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in HR (Preferred)

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Payroll and Onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee joining formalities, payroll processing, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents.
- Coordinate induction and employee orientation programs.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.




- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with employees regarding payroll and HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
