Job Overview:

Aarna Systems is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions and be able to contribute to a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

- Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking .

- Performance Management: Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.

- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure smooth HR processes.





- Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and company guidelines are effectively communicated and followed.

- Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and provide resolutions in coordination with management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

- Solid understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in an IT/Digital Marketing company is a plus.

- Familiarity with HRMS tools.
