- Robust proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas)
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems preferred (Darwinbox)
- SQL knowledge for HR data extraction (Preferred)
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau for HR analytics (Preferred)
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and workforce planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, or HR Operations
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with automation tools
