Role Description The HR & Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will support HR activities such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, helping implement HR policies, and coordinating basic employee benefits and engagement initiatives. On the business development side, the intern will assist with lead generation, market research, preparing presentations and proposals, and maintaining client communication records.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in internal meetings, and contributing to process improvements.



The intern is expected to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a professional and confidential approach to HR and business data.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and Personnel Management.

Understanding of HR Policies and basic Employee Benefits concepts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.

Ability to conduct basic market and HR-related research, organize data, and prepare clear reports or presentations.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or HRIS systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively in a full-time on-site workplace.

Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field preferred.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in both HR and business development functions within a technology-focused company.
