Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision: Oversee housekeeping team and ensure daily cleaning of factory, offices, washrooms, canteen & common areas
- Standards: Maintain 5S, hygiene & cleanliness standards as per company and safety norms
- Scheduling: Prepare duty rosters, attendance, and shift planning for housekeeping staff
- Inventory: Manage cleaning materials, equipment, PPE and maintain stock records
- Waste Management: Ensure proper disposal of industrial & general waste as per guidelines
- Inspection: Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain quality and hygiene standards
- Training: Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices & use of equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduation / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years as Housekeeping Supervisor in manufacturing/industrial company
- Skills: Team management, communication, knowledge of cleaning chemicals & equipment
- Other: Basic computer knowledge, physically fit, able to work in shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
