The Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for training and developing housekeeping staff across multiple client sites. The role involves conducting training sessions, ensuring housekeeping standards are followed, performing quality audits, and providing on-site coaching. Frequent travel and regular client visits are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and refresher training for housekeeping staff.
- Train employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, grooming, and customer service.
- Visit multiple client locations to assess housekeeping standards and provide support.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify training needs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and client requirements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and client representatives regarding training requirements.
- Provide coaching and corrective training to improve service quality.
- Support implementation of new processes and housekeeping best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping operations and training within the facility management industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct classroom and in office training sessions.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Willingness to travel frequently and visit multiple client locations.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Training certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling multiple sites or clients preferred.
