Role Description This is a full-time, in office Housekeeping Supervisor role based in Gudivada.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, including organizing work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring cleaning standards in all designated areas.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and common areas, coordinating laundry services, ensuring proper use of cleaning materials and equipment, and maintaining safety and hygiene protocols. The role involves training and guiding housekeeping staff,



resolving service-related issues, and communicating effectively with management and other departments to ensure a clean, orderly, and well-maintained facility that supports smooth business operations.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.

Candidates should possess professional Housekeeping skills, including knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and maintenance of inventories.

Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including handling of fabrics, stain removal, and operation of laundry equipment.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to address concerns, coordinate with other teams, and ensure service quality.

Prior experience in housekeeping supervision in industrial, manufacturing, or hospitality settings is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Gudivada, manage shifts, and respond to operational needs promptly.

Basic knowledge of safety regulations and workplace health and safety practices.

Minimum of a high school diploma; vocational training or certification in housekeeping or facility management is an advantage.
