Shiloh Travel is a US-based tour operator with a global presence, specializing in international holiday packages and group tours. We are expanding our US operations and are looking for experienced Holiday Consultants to manage our US travel process, working remotely from India.

Role Overview

We are hiring professional Holiday Consultants with strong experience in international holiday packages and group tours to handle B2C and B2B clients for the US market. This is a Work From Home role, aligned to US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, price, and sell customized international holiday packages and group tours
- Handle US-based client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, cruise lines, and global suppliers
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage end-to-end travel arrangements
- Handle group travel planning, confirmations, and documentation
- Maintain high service standards with strong client follow-up




- Stay updated on international destinations, visa rules, and travel trends
- Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in holiday packages and group tours
- Strong expertise in international destinations and itinerary planning
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Robust negotiation, coordination, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to work US time zones
- Target-driven and professional mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
