We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to head our Department of Personality Development.

At Subharti

University, we believe education goes beyond textbooks. The HOD will be responsible for shaping the "Subharti Ethos" in our students—transforming them into confident, ethically grounded, and industry-ready professionals.

As the HOD, you will lead a team of trainers and faculty members to design and implement impactful Personality Development Programmes (PDP) and Rashtrabodh (Nationalism) training across various disciplines, from Medical and Engineering to Fine Arts and Management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Psychology,



Human Resource Development, Management, Communication, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/administrative role (preferably in a higher education setting).

Core Competencies

- Exceptional command over verbal and non-verbal communication.

Deep understanding of psychometric testing and personality assessment tools.

Strong knowledge of UGC norms and NAAC accreditation processes regarding "Student Support and Progression."

Personal Attributes: A magnetic personality with the ability to inspire large groups of students and represent the university at national forums.
