Manager – HR Talent Acquisition

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 6+ Years

Industry Preference: steel, metal,mining,infrastructure, heavy machinery manufacturing

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Salary: Up to ₹ 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions.

- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning and critical hiring requirements.

- Build talent pipelines for technical, operational, and leadership positions.

- Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche recruitment mandates.

- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.

- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, MIS, and hiring metrics.

- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and external recruitment partners to support hiring objectives.

Requirements





- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to plant-level and non-IT hiring.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing plants, factories, engineering units, or industrial operations.

- Expertise in hiring for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Stores, Procurement, EHS, Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Commercial functions.

- Hands-on experience in leadership hiring, lateral hiring, and bulk/volume recruitment.

- Robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with plant heads, functional managers, and business leaders.

- Proficient in sourcing through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and networking channels.

- Experience in recruitment MIS, ATS platforms, hiring analytics, and TAT management.

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
