About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect / Architect to support our design and project team in preparing architectural drawings, design presentations, technical details, and site coordination documents. The candidate should have a strong interest in architecture, construction, materials, and practical site execution. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working under the guidance of senior architects, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detail drawings.
- Assist in concept design, space planning, layout development, and design presentations.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Support the preparation of drawings required for approvals, client presentations, construction, and site execution.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and vendors.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions, verify measurements, and support execution.
- Prepare material schedules, door/window schedules, area statements, and basic BOQ support.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects, clients, consultants, or site teams.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation, file organization, and version control. Research materials, construction techniques, sustainable design options,



and architectural references.
- Ensure drawings follow project standards, dimensions, scale, and basic building regulations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of architectural drafting and design basics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Basic understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of local building rules and approval drawings is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers with a robust portfolio may also apply.
- Preferred Candidate Profile Creative, practical, and willing to work closely with site teams.
- Interested in sustainable architecture, natural materials, and real-world construction.
- Comfortable with both office-based drafting and occasional site visits.
- Able to take instructions clearly and convert them into proper drawings.
- Maintains discipline in drawing standards, file naming, and documentation.

- Salary will be based on experience, software skills, portfolio quality, and interview performance
