We are looking for an experienced Intraday Trader with a proven track record in Gold (XAU/USD), Forex and Crypto markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong scalping and short-term trading experience, a well-defined trading strategy, disciplined risk management, and the ability to consistently execute trades under live market conditions.
This role is suited for a trader who can demonstrate consistent profitability over at least the last 6 months and has a systematic approach to trading rather than relying on intuition or gambling.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute intraday and scalping trades across Gold (XAU/USD), Forex and Crypto
- Identify high-probability setups using technical analysis and price action
- Follow a clearly defined and repeatable trading strategy
- Maintain strict risk management and position-sizing rules
- Monitor market volatility, liquidity and major economic events
- Maintain detailed trading records and performance reports
- Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies
- Trade with discipline and consistency while adhering to predefined risk limits
Requirements
- Proven profitable trading record for at least 6 consecutive months
- Strong experience in intraday trading and scalping
- Demonstrable experience trading XAU/USD (Gold), Forex and/or Crypto
- Strong understanding of technical analysis, price action and market structure
- Clearly defined trading strategy with identifiable entry, stop-loss and take-profit rules
- Solid understanding of risk-to-reward, drawdown and position sizing
- Ability to remain disciplined during both winning and losing periods
- Experience with MT5, TradingView or similar platforms
- Ability to provide a verifiable trading history, journal or performance report during the selection process
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of active trading experience
- Experience trading funded/prop firm accounts or professional trading accounts
- Proven scalping experience on 1-minute, 5-minute or 15-minute timeframes
- Experience trading during major market sessions such as London and New York
- Experience developing or backtesting systematic trading strategies
- Familiarity with trading indicators, market structure and liquidity concepts
What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who has simply completed a trading course.
Candidates may be asked to provide trading statements, account history, trade journals or other evidence of their performance during the recruitment process.
Compensation
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
Compensation will be determined based on experience, proven trading performance and overall suitability for the role.
