About the Role

We are looking for a creative, AI-native Graphic Designer who can deliver high-quality print, digital, UI/UX, and motion design assets while leveraging AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should have a robust design portfolio, an eye for detail, and the ability to execute creative campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design digital marketing creatives for Google, Meta, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and social media.
- Create landing pages, web banners, UI screens, and email templates.
- Develop brochures, posters, standees, presentations, and other print collaterals.
- Design branding assets for events and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Canva Magic, and ChatGPT to accelerate creative production.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to deliver impactful visual communication.

Must-Have Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong experience in Print,



Digital, and UI/UX Design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, branding, and print production.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform design work.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Motion Graphics and video editing.
- Reels and short-form video content creation.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing pages.
- Experience with creative automation and AI-assisted design workflows.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from FinTech, InsurTech, Banking, Insurance, or high-growth digital-first organizations will be preferred.
