Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries related to credit cards, loans, and other financial products.
- Process transactions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to customers via phone calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in banking process or international voice process (US mortgage/credit card operations).
- Robust knowledge of banking processes, including loan origination and servicing.
- Excellent communication skills for handling international clients through phone calls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Salary offered: Candidates with Banking and Financial domain- 5 to 7 LPA

Candidates with US Mortgage experience - 8 to 10 LPA
